About this role
We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Work closely with hiring teams to ensure timely closures.
Required Experience:
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in Non-IT hiring.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
