What you’ll do
This role supports the Senior Service Delivery Lead in driving initiatives and liaising with technical, operational, and business stakeholders across our Secure Infrastructure division. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will translate complex SecOps, cloud platform, and infrastructure requirements into functional specifications, process maps, and test scenarios, while supporting core service delivery and vendor transition activities.
- Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Collaborate with platform engineers, architects, and SecOps teams to elicit, analyze, validate, and document functional and technical requirements for secure infrastructure, SIEM, logging, and cloud controls.
- Service Management & Transition Support: Assist the Senior Service Delivery Lead in building new SecOps processes, managing service transitions from incumbent vendors, and tracking deployment milestones.
- Process & QA Engineering: Develop business and technical process flows, quality assurance criteria, and acceptance test scenarios to validate operational readiness and compliance across platforms.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies for infrastructure initiatives, assisting with baseline change management and reporting.

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a blend of technical expertise and the ability to bridge complex engineering concepts with operational requirements. You are a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in matrixed environments and is passionate about driving continuous improvement.
- Operational & Technical Bridge: Proven ability to connect technical platform engineering with operational service delivery, specifically within product-oriented squad models across distributed, multi-timezone teams.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and statistical capabilities, with excellent written and verbal skills for technical documentation and user story writing.
- Service Management Expertise: Experience in vendor transitions, service process mapping, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), complemented by a focus on risk management and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: A mindset geared toward automation, codification, and tooling optimization.
- Collaboration & Influence: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse business stakeholders to influence solutions and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Qualifications & Experience: At least 2 years of related experience in a similar environment, coupled with tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Engineering and Cyber security experience
