Job Description:

As an HPE Sales Specialist , you'll play a key role in driving the growth of our HPE business in the local market.

Working closely with partners, you'll identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships, and position HPE solutions that create real value for customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining consultative sales with business development in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Drive HPE sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while delivering against revenue targets.
- Position HPE solutions that address partner and customer business needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that support long-term growth.

Partner Engagement & Enablement

- Build strong relationships with partner sales teams and decision-makers.
- Support and enable partners to successfully position and sell HPE solutions.
- Develop partner business plans and conduct regular business reviews.
- Help partners identify customer needs and turn opportunities into successful business outcomes.

Internal Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales, Presales, Vendor Management, and other internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Monitor pipeline development, sales performance, and market opportunities.
- Contribute to business planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial drive with a passion for building long-term partner relationships.

You have:

- Proven experience selling IT infrastructure solutions, preferably within HPE Server & Storage or Networking .
- A strong understanding of solution selling and how to create business value through technology.
- Experience working with partners and the IT channel ecosystem.
- The ability to coach, influence, and enable partner sales organizations.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Experience building and managing sales pipelines and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong customer focus.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development through certifications.
- A valid driver's license.
