Sr. EXIM Manager

The EXIM Senior Manager oversees all export and imports operations to ensure efficient, compliant, as regulation, and cost-effective international trade activities supporting the FMCG business growth objectives and working with 3PL.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with global trade regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize international logistics cost, time, and service levels.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure smooth cargo movements.
- Monitor changes in trade policies and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Lead and mentor the EXIM team, setting performance goals and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to align EXIM operations with business objectives.
- Handle risk management related to trade operations, including managing tariffs, duties, and trade disputes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in export-import management, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in SAP and trade management software.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control.
- Leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Having relevance EXIM certification
