Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the management, upkeep, and support of the organization's infrastructure, devices, and IT equipment, delivering necessary assistance to end users.
- Plan, initiate, and oversee the implementation and deployment of security measures, compliance initiatives, new projects, and other technology-related advancements.
- Deliver comprehensive daily IT operational support to end users, addressing systems, infrastructure, networks, and other technology-related concerns to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency.
- Oversee, maintain, and regularly update all IT-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and related materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Person Specifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
