As a Onboarding Associate in Client Onboarding and Service, you translate business challenges into reusable automation, reporting, and data-mapping solutions. You partner with onboarding, product, transformation, and technology stakeholders to deliver controlled, well-documented improvements that strengthen governance and data quality. You help drive measurable operational efficiency and improved decision-making through dashboards, analytics, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.

Job Responsibilities:

- Translate business pain points into scalable automation and workflow solutions that reduce cycle time and manual effort
- Collaborate with onboarding, product, transformation, and technology partners to prioritize and deliver improvements
- Design dashboards and scorecards that monitor capacity, quality, controls, and client experience
- Document end-to-end processes and data flows, identifying dependencies, bottlenecks, and remediation actions
- Integrate data quality checks, exception handling, and audit-ready evidence into delivered solutions
- Execute testing plans, implementation activities, and controlled rollouts to support reliable adoption
- Investigate operational issues through root-cause analysis and implement preventive controls
- Maintain reusable automation assets, reporting, and process documentation through continuous improvement

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

- Demonstrate 2+ years of experience in data operations, automation, analytics, process transformation, or software development
- Apply at least two tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Python, or advanced Excel
- Interpret structured and semi-structured data, including data mapping, transformation logic, and reporting principles
- Convert current-state process pain points into clear requirements and practical solution designs
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through clear writing and presentations
- Follow governance, access management, data privacy, and operational risk controls across the solution lifecycle
- Produce controlled documentation and evidence that supports testing discipline and audit readiness

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, data, operations, analytics, engineering, or business transformation
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
- Practice Agile delivery methods, including backlog management, user story creation, and iterative testing
- Earn certification or formal training in automation, data visualization, Agile delivery, project management, business analysis, or development tools
