Industry Consultant - Banking

Advise banking clients on industry trends, business challenges, and transformation opportunities Assess current business processes, operating models, and technology landscapes to recommend improvements Support strategy development for areas such as retail banking, corporate banking, payments, lending, compliance, and customer experience Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and align solutions with client objectives Provide domain expertise during solution design, implementation, and change management initiatives Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory impact assessments Develop client presentations, proposals, and strategic recommendations Strong knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and industry operating models Understanding of core banking, digital channels, payments, lending, risk, and compliance frameworks Experience in business analysis, consulting, process optimization, and stakeholder management Ability to translate business needs into practical solution recommendations Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with banking technology platforms, digital transformation programs, and data-driven decision-making Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related field; Relevant certifications preferred 10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting Proven experience in banking transformation, regulatory compliance, risk, operations, or digital banking initiatives Prior experience working with banks or banking clients on business strategy, process improvement, or technology-led transformation Thailand Consulting Hybrid Professional BANGKOK, TH (0411) IBM Thailand Company Limited
