Manager - Corporate Projects (Civil, Structural & Architecture)

Lupin is seeking an experienced Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineering professional to support and govern the company's CAPEX portfolio across manufacturing and R&D facilities. This role will drive technical excellence, engineering standards, risk management, and project governance for facility expansions, upgrades, new buildings, and infrastructure projects across Sterile & Biologics, OSD, API, and R&D sites.The position partners closely with site engineering teams, project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery while maintaining alignment with business, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Work Experience

- 12-16 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural engineering/project execution.

- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred.

- Strong exposure to industrial buildings, facility upgrades, cleanroom/GMP environments, contractors, consultants, and statutory processes.

Graduation in Civil Engineering
