About this role
Compensation & Performance Pay
- Weekly Earnings: Average $1,250 – $1,500 per week.
- All-Mile Pay: Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL practical miles—whether you are running loaded or empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time to ensure you are paid for your time.
Home Time & Schedule
- Schedule: Out for 5 to 5.5 days, followed by a reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home .
- Operating Area: Dedicated Run between Phoenix, Albuquerque and Southern California.
- Park & Go: Option to take your assigned truck home during your weekly reset (where applicable).
Freight & Equipment
- The Fleet: Drive newer, premium, assigned equipment from top brands like Kenworth, Freightliner, and International.
- Freight Style: 100% No-Touch freight. Highly efficient operations with 70% drop & hook and minimal live loading/unloading.

Job Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Compliance: Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
- Background: DUI and felony history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- SAP acceptable if you have step 6 complete.
