About the Role

Due to continued growth and the award of new social housing contracts, we are looking to recruit experienced Joiners, Plasterers, Tilers and Multi-Trade Operatives to join our expanding Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment teams.

We have multiple positions available across the North West including Bolton/ Preston and Blackburn - delivering planned refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties.

Whether you are an experienced Joiner fitting kitchens, a Plasterer carrying out making-good works, or a Multi-Trade Operative with a broad skillset, we would like to hear from you.

Duties Will Include

- Kitchen installations and refurbishment works

- Bathroom refurbishment and replacement works

- General joinery repairs and installations

- Plastering, patching and making-good

- Basic multi-trade works as required

- Working within occupied and void properties

- Delivering high-quality workmanship

- Ensuring excellent customer service to residents

- Completing work within programme timescales

- Maintaining safe working practices at all times

Essential Requirements

- Experience within your trade discipline

- Previous kitchen and/or bathroom refurbishment experience

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail

- Good customer service and communication skills

- Commitment to Health & Safety

- Full UK Driving Licence
