About this role

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatient/ward patients according to their individual care plans.
- Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in clinical status.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and nursing records.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and other clinical interventions.
- Monitor patients’ responses to treatment and report any changes promptly.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards at all times.
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of medications, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and deteriorating patient conditions.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support patient discharge planning and provide appropriate health education.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Registered Nurse license/registration in the relevant country.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum [2–3] years of inpatient/medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
