About this role
- Responsible for driving retail sales growth and achieving business targets across key retail accounts in Türkiye.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the Retail Sales team to deliver strong commercial results.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives in stores.
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail sales, key account management, or commercial roles.
- Previous people management experience is required.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer electronics channels.
- Experience working with national retail chains and omnichannel sales environments is preferred.
- Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
