About this role
- Support the review and development of Job Descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational structure and role responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain Organization Charts and support the preparation of organizational documentation.
- Assist in reviewing Human Capital SOPs and business processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Review KPI inputs and assess their alignment with job descriptions and role responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Interested in Organization Development and Performance Management.
- Able to work collaboratively and handle administrative/documentation tasks carefully.
- Willing to work on-site in BSD City.
