Supply Chain Manager

Your Role

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for implementing and executing group‑wide Supply Chain strategies and standardized processes at site level. The role ensures efficient, reliable, and cost‑effective end‑to‑end supply chain operations across procurement, planning, logistics, and customer order management.

Your Responsibilities

Execute group‑wide supply chain strategies and standardized processes at plant level. Ensure efficient material flow and reduce cycle time from material ordering to customer delivery to optimize speed‑to‑market. Develop and continuously improve local procurement and sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials, services, and investments. Plan and manage demand, production, supply, and sales through standardized planning and forecasting processes. Develop and ensure efficient, safe, and reliable logistics and inventory operations, including movement, storage, and processing of materials. Define, implement, and maintain local supply chain reporting in alignment with the global reporting framework. Lead, develop, and manage the local Supply Chain team, ensuring skills development, motivation, and performance in line with business needs.

Your profile

3–5 Years of relevant experience in a similar role/function Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business‑related field English C1 – Advanced / business fluent You have solid knowledge in: Order Fulfillment Logistics Management Strategic Procurement Strategic Supply Chain Management Business Analytics Change Management Continuous Improvement Cross-functional Collaboration Data Quality & Accuracy Digitalization Evidence Based Management Forecasting Import/Export Control People Management Problem Solving Process Design and Optimization SAP User Knowledge Stakeholder Communication Strategic Thinking Supply Chain Management
