Job Title: Product Engineer Job Description This role supports the drafting and design team with various projects, starting with the recertification of product lines. The position involves understanding current certification levels, defining tests for product testing, and making necessary redesigns. Additionally, the role includes developing design changes for productivity, customer service, new product development, and quality improvements. Responsibilities

- Manage projects of varying complexity in parallel.
- Implement product designs within schedule and budget parameters.
- Identify and communicate implementation problems or resource constraints that may impact timing or cost.
- Analyze design and process risks and communicate findings to higher engineering leadership.
- Support manufacturing to ensure products are built and assembled according to design intent.
- Work with customers and cross-functional teams to understand needs and develop solutions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, or related science field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in a product development, design, or manufacturing setting.
- Experience applying engineering principles to develop high-quality products and processes.
- Competency in 3D solid modeling, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

Work Environment This is an office-based role that will interact with manufacturing, testing, and other design engineers. The position offers growth into a project lead role, acting as a liaison between the services team and other teams.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Pella, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.08/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
