Job Title: Pharmacy Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead and support our pharmacy team, including technicians, interns, and students. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing of medications while providing exceptional patient counseling and education. Collaboration with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes is a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage pharmacy staff, including technicians, interns, and students.
- Ensure safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing of medications.
- Provide patient counseling, education, and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Oversee inventory management and medication storage procedures.
- Administer immunizations and support preventative health initiatives.
- Deliver clinical services such as medication therapy management (MTM) and point-of-care testing.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, HIPAA, and pharmacy regulations.
- Support community outreach programs and build partnerships that improve patient access to care.
Essential Skills
- Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
- Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing.
- 5+ years of pharmacy experience.
- Immunization certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Management experience preferred.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, totaling 42.5 hours per week. The environment is fast-paced and patient-focused, emphasizing collaboration and compliance with regulatory standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $67.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
