About this role

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks using Linux software, including printing invoices and statements, validating invoices, folding and mailing envelopes, and managing cash applications. The role involves processing payments received through live checks and ACH Wire payments, and scanning checks to the bank onsite for direct connection to Key Bank. Responsibilities

- Print and distribute invoices and statements every morning.
- Validate invoices against overnight system updates from branches.
- Fold and mail envelopes for customer correspondence.
- Manage cash applications for payments received via checks and ACH Wire.
- Scan checks to the bank onsite for direct processing.

Essential Skills

- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivable processes
- Experience in Cash Applications
- Customer Invoicing expertise
- Familiarity with Automated ERP systems such as AS400, Oracle, JDEdwards, SAP, Great Plains, NetSuite, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a timely manner

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Portland, ME.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
