About this role
eCommerce is moving faster than ever - and so are we. At Scurri, we connect online retailers with global carriers, power seamless delivery experiences and make it easier for well known brands to ship goods to their customers.
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Technical Support Administrator to join our highly motivated Support Team. This is a full time role based in our Wexford Town offices reporting to the Operations Manager that will focus on providing effective, timely, and accurate responses to
customers' queries and routing technical queries and issues to the appropriate support engineer.
This full-time, 12 month contract role is a launchpad into the SaaS and tech industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience, handle real-world account operations, learn how cutting-edge platforms work, and act as the first line of support for well-known retail brands across Ireland and the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Configuring new customer accounts, setting up user profiles, building sandbox environments, and kicking off initial platform integrations following sales handoffs.
- Handling essential customer requests - adding new carriers, updating plans, configuring Single Sign-On (SSO), and applying custom platform settings.
- Managing non-technical admin queues, ensuring fast responses for clients while routing complex engineering issues to the right technical specialists.
- Authoring clear internal guides for setup workflows and keep configuration processes up to date.
- Putting modern AI tools into practice! You’ll leverage prompt engineering and smart workflows to speed up daily admin tasks, drive personal productivity, and optimise operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring To The Team
If you have a 'can-do' attitude and want to build a career in technology, this 12-month contract offers direct mentorship, high-impact responsibility, and exposure to a fast-scaling tech environment.
It is anticipated that applicants can demonstrate the following skills, traits and attributes:
- A technical qualification (IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline) or relevant experience supporting a web-based product/service.
- High ambition, logical thinking, strong prioritisation skills, and a genuine curiosity for new software and tech.
- A strong desire to learn, experiment with, and master AI tools and automation frameworks to work smarter.
- Clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills across phone, email, live chat, and video calls.
- Full legal right to work in Ireland/EU and the UK, a clean driver’s license, ESTA eligibility, and the flexibility to support business needs (occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends) when required.
