We're looking for a motivated Sales Professional to join our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram sales team in Red Lion, PA. You'll guide customers through the purchase process from first contact to final delivery, building the trust and long-term relationships that keep buyers coming back.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom, understanding their needs and budget

- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective buyers

- Guide customers through the full sales process, including trade-in appraisals and financing options

- Follow up with leads and past customers to drive repeat and referral business

- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

- Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required; motivated newcomers welcome.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
