About this role
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Technology
- Minimum 5 year’s project management experience
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Cloud HCM solutions; Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management a plus,. AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) fundamentals for hybrid deployments
- Define coding standards, change‑management processes, and security controls for the HCM platform.
- Work closely with ORACLE support and AMS providers to monitor system health, tune batch jobs, and recommend hardware or cloud scaling. Liaise with Oracle support, third‑party integrators, and cloud service providers.
- Oversee master data governance, data migration, and data quality initiatives.
- Provide technical solutioning expertise and exercise consultative role in the design of end‑to‑end HCM integrations (e.g., payroll, talent, workforce) that meet business goals.
- Familiarity with Time and Attendance processes and supporting tools and applications, Assist and facilitate translation of business strategy into technical roadmaps; evaluate new Oracle HCM releases and add‑ons.
- Broad range of knowledge across Human Resource business processes (Employee records, Time tracking, Learning Management, Compensation, Payroll, etc.)
- Basic understanding of website construction and design, web development toolsets and underlying technical stack
- Proven track record of managing a team consisting of employees and contractors (onshore and offshore support model)
- Experienced with vendor management specific to software and service providers (e.g. support & implementation)
- Knowledge of Oracle DBMS, Linux, SQL Server, .net, web applications, HTML, XML, CSS, Content Management system
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer partnership
- Knowledge of governance and change management procedures in an IT environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse customer base effectively is a necessity

Salary range : $120k – 140k/year approximation (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).
