Job Description Summary:

The FP&A Intern will support the team in financial planning, reporting, and business performance processes across franchises and operating units. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to ongoing business projects and developing new skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the FP&A team in daily financial planning and reporting activities, including monthly reporting, forecasting, rolling estimate, and budgeting processes

- Help track business and financial performance through basic variance analysis and data validation

- Support consolidation of financial and operational data from cross-functional teams

- Contribute to the team’s simplification and digitalization agenda

- Support maintenance and improvement of planning and reporting tools/files to increase efficiency and accuracy

- Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support to finance and cross-functional teams when needed

- Take an active role in team projects and ongoing finance initiatives while gaining hands-on experience and developing new skills

Qualifications:

- 3 rd year undergraduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- Strong interest in finance , and business performance management

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities

- Proficient in written and spoken English

- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
