About this role

Accountabilities

- Assist with the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of supplier management platforms, bidding tools, and contract lifecycle management systems.

- Support ongoing user training and help stakeholders understand system functionality, processes, and requirements.

- Maintain supplier records, integrations, and attributes across property accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable owner requirements.

- Develop and maintain working knowledge of system-driven supplier qualification and compliance requirements to promote consistent process execution.

- Manage the Help Desk queue and respond to tickets and emails within established service-level expectations.

- Partner with Accounting, IT, operations, and other stakeholders to communicate system changes and ensure processes are understood and followed.

- Investigate routine technical issues and escalate complex or high-priority matters to senior support specialists or management when appropriate.

- Prepare financial, administrative, operational, and other reports and analyses as assigned.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing system configurations and providing feedback on support processes.

- Maintain productive relationships with internal team members and technology partners to support reliable and consistent system execution.

Requirements

- College degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

- Previous experience with procurement systems, supplier management, compliance technology, or a related technical support function is preferred but not required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools.

- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to work accurately with financial records, budgets, and other fiscal information.

- Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through when completing system support and administrative tasks.

- Comfortable managing a Help Desk queue and responding to routine technical support requests within established SLAs.

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing system support requests.

- Eagerness to learn source-to-contract, procurement, supplier management, and compliance technologies.

- Openness to coaching and guidance from senior team members while developing technical expertise.

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across Accounting, IT, operations, and other business functions.

- Ability to work remotely within the United States, excluding Alaska.

- Compensation: $27.00–$28.50 per hour, with actual pay determined by factors including experience, skills, business requirements, and geographic location.
