Texas Instruments is looking for a dynamic and detailed-oriented lab operator to perform quality control activities within one of our labs.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs

- Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sample and test incoming components and raw materials

- Ensure raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards

- Apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated

- Assess draft and final label copy, utilize knowledge of labeling regulations

- Minimize down time by reducing production rework and recalls

Minimum requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

- Understand complex processing of material flow

Preferred Qualifications:

- Qualified to perform visual inspections, AVI inspections, wafer splits, and wafer packing

- Knowledgeable with various TI quality-related systems
