💼 Your everyday work-life
- Monitor Total Support deadlines according to contract terms
- Follow up pending cases awaiting spare parts
- Communicate with Call Center, Complaints Admin, suppliers and repair partners to resolve issues and accelerate repair progress
- Receive and deliver repaired products from suppliers and perform quantitative and qualitative receipt of customer products via courier or company-owned means
- Update CRM/RMA repair status on a daily basis for active cases
- Manage spare parts orders, monitor spare parts availability and check supplier spare part charges against approved offers
- Characterize problematic products and inform Store Directors on repair progress issues where needed
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good computer literacy and confident use of Office tools
- Knowledge of returns and repair procedures
- Good understanding of SAP, RMA/CRM applications and Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong follow-up, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, repair partners, Call Center, Complaints Admin and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple open cases and deadlines in a structured way
