We are currently searching for an Administrative Coordinator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide daily support to the President as required.

- Review contract terms for Presidents approval.

- Compose letters and memos, prepare spreadsheets.

- Assist in the transfer of phones and other office equipment when necessary.

- Receive resident related complaint calls and direct them to appropriate managers.

- Assist in the coordination of special events.

- Assist in property takeovers and transitions.

- Set up appointments and meetings, reply to invitations, order office supplies, acknowledge receipt of information, gifts, etc.

- Assist other team members with special assignments/projects as necessary.

- Maintain continuous communication.

- Create and maintain files.

- Other duties, as assigned.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of administrative experience.

- Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

- Must be professional with a strong work ethic.

- Highly motivated to succeed in a corporate structure in the real estate profession.

- Strong organizational and proofreading skills

- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

- Must be able to manage confidential projects.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

- Must have ability to work independently and as a member of the office team.
