👶 What Youll Do:
As a Preschool Teacher, youll create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 3 to 5 years. Youll:
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Implement individualized, play-based curriculum
- Collaborate with your teaching assistant to plan and deliver daily lessons
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting classroom
- Support gross motor development through daily activities
- Build strong, professional relationships with families and staff
- Represent Alliance Center for Education with pride and professionalism
🎓 What You Bring:
- A passion for early childhood education
- Experience working with children ages birth to 5 years
- Minimum of CDA (or willingness to obtain within 1 year) for infant/toddler teachers
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and reliable transportation
