Position: Service Porter / Valet
The Service Porter/Valet helps keep our service department running efficiently while providing a great experience for every customer.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely.
- Assist with customer pickup and delivery as needed.
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership when needed.
- Keep the service drive, parking areas, and customer areas clean and organized.
- Help maintain an organized flow of vehicles through the service department.
- Assist advisors and technicians with moving vehicles and other daily tasks.
- Perform basic vehicle checks and document existing damage when required.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Treat every customer's vehicle with care and respect.
Requirements: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, dependable transportation, ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, and a strong commitment to customer service.
