Job Summary
As a Sales Arborist at TreeWiseMen you will assess clients' tree care needs, recommend the right solutions, and generate new business while building strong relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to assess tree care needs and provide professional recommendations.
- Generate new business and grow the customer base.
- Conduct site assessments and identify tree health, safety, and treatment needs.
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals for services such as pruning, removal, fertilization, and pest management.
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and follow up.
- Work with the operations team to ensure services are completed as proposed and address customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the CRM.
- Stay current on arboriculture best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in arboriculture, tree care sales, or a related field.
- ISA Certified Arborist preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months.
- Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tree health, biology, and care practices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills .
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Organized, self-motivated , and results driven.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
