Job Title: TPL - Recruiting Coordinator 2 Job Description As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. Your role will adhere to recruiting guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements specific to the region and business. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team, including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Assist and coordinate recruiting activities among assigned Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers or administrative assistants and prospective candidates.
- Send interview information to candidates and hiring managers.
- Oversee and coordinate offer letters, contracts rollout process, reference check process, security clearances, and other pre-hire/transfer activities.
- Assist in executing all pre-hire activities, including the collection of documents.
- Support gathering data required to create new hire records and update recruitment applications such as PeopleSoft.
- Ensure day-one paperwork and documentation required for creating personnel files is collected and forwarded to the document management group.
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- Intermediate knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications (Microsoft Office) required for recruitment-related tasks.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a matrixed team with high attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Self-motivated and an excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- College or university degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of recruitment/human resources-related experience and volume hiring experience.
- Experience managing a delivery organization with 5 or more resources.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of at least one additional local language applicable to the span of support.
- Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Workday Recruiting.
- Minimum of a High School/Associates Degree.
- Internships accepted as experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
