About this role
- Installation teams must be willing and flexible to travel throughout North America to client sites by air and car 2-3 weeks each month as scheduled. Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Must possess valid TSA approved documents to travel by air as well as for entry on any federal premises. As well as be able to obtain a TWIC card. Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record, preferred.
- This is a safety sensitive position. Installers must be able to adapt and overcome various situations while safely following OSHA policies. This position is subject to ongoing non-DOT Drug and Alcohol policy during employment.
- Must be able to perform work duties on high rooftops (with harnesses) and deal with cold or hot weather depending on the season. Also must be able to lift heavy objects (100+ lbs.) and other physical demands as required. Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, stand, and climb a ladder.
- Basic tool knowledge is needed to work with various power tools such as drill, tape measure, band saw etc. to assemble fall protection at various heights of commercial rooftops.
- Must complete company job and safety training (Leading-Edge, Forklift, etc.) as well as achieve an OSHA 10 certification (company sponsored)
- Installers must conduct oneself in a professional, safe, and business-like manner while on the job. Stringent adherence to SRC, customer policies and safety requirements on each installation is expected.
- When not scheduled to be traveling for an installation job, you will may be scheduled to work in our production facility in Chanhassen, MN to support our production by completing general labor duties.
- The ability to use mobile devices for time keeping, daily reports, job reports, safety assessments, etc. Must have a smartphone with active service.
- All other duties as required
