Floater Teacher

We are a Gold-Rated Early Childhood Center that has been caring for children and supporting families for 50+ years . We are proud of our history, but we’re definitely not stuck in the past!

We’re looking for a Floater Teacher who is ready to jump in, jump around, and jump right into our team!

🏃‍♀️ What does a Floater do?

Pretty much exactly what it sounds like!

You’re the person who can walk into a classroom and say:

“What do you need? I’ve got you!”

One day you might be helping in the toddler room. The next, you could be supporting preschool or school-age. You may help with meals, transitions, activities, coverage, clean-up, or simply giving another teacher an extra set of hands when they need it.

No two days are exactly the same. And that's part of the fun!

❤️ We’re Looking for Someone Who:

- Shows up reliably and on time

- Has reliable transportation

- Is ready to commit to a full-day schedule

- Understands that your schedule may vary based on classroom, staffing, and enrollment needs

- Can work with different age groups and different personalities

- Isn't afraid to get down on the floor and play!

- Can jump into a classroom and get to work

- Is flexible and doesn't need everything to go exactly according to plan

- Brings positive energy to the team

- Is willing to learn, grow, and take direction

- Understands that childcare is a TEAM SPORT
