Description

We’re a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in beautiful Bend, Oregon. We provide compassionate transitional and post-hospital care to help our residents regain their strength, independence, and confidence as they work toward returning home or transitioning to their next stage of care. We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and team-oriented Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) to join our nursing team. Schedule:

Eve Shift 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

- Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Taking and documenting vital signs, food and fluid intake, and output as directed
- Assisting residents during meals and supporting their nutritional needs
- Observing residents and promptly communicating changes in condition to the nursing team
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Building positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Working collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care

Requirements

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Licenses/Certification:

- Valid certification as a CNA in Oregon
- Valid CPR certificate

Experience:

- Six months experience in a long term-care environment (preferred but not required)

Salary Description
$22.49 - $30.80
