Work Schedule : Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.


The Opportunity
The analyst for this role will be responsible for maintaining and managing a supplier relationship with multiple Ally suppliers and various processes within the total loss & abandonment space. The analyst will be responsible to lead onboarding, training, monitoring, quality/compliance, reports, update process and procedures, and manage complaints. The analyst will be required to work collaboratively throughout the Ally organization to fulfill customer needs, support the implementation of projects, ensure adherence to compliance, and process and procedure.
Additionally, this role includes working with supplier performance management and continuous monitoring of third-party service providers. The role will assess risks, conduct necessary calls, create monthly performance scorecards for suppliers or business partners and work with various systems and processes.


The Work Itself

- Be the face of Ally to the supplier.
- Engage with internal and external leaders as the primary Relationship Owner.
- Lead total loss and abandonment in conducting strategic projects related to business operations, structure, risk, and personnel changes in addition to continuous strategic updates to processes and procedures.
- Implement solutions based on business continuity planning (BCP), risk profiles, and trends.
- Lead total Loss and abandonment in compliance/risk review, supplier reporting, and assessment.
- Ensure adherence to Ally policies, standards, best practices, tools, and metrics.
- Review and validation of supplier performance services provided, service level agreement (SLAs), and statements of work (SOW).
- Drive/influence metrics to measure supplier performance.
- Aid in developing/refining metrics to measure supplier & department performance.
- Lead total loss and abandonment as the primary contact in supplier due diligence, performance management, and key participant in onboarding/offboarding suppliers.
- Resolve customer complaints found during process monitors or escalated from ECR, CFPB, consumer attorneys, etc.
- Utilize critical thinking skills for root cause analysis and solution sourcing for identified process gaps.
- Represent Ally in on-site visits to suppliers as needed/required to ensure supplier compliance while leading performance reviews.
- Adhere to standard cadence of on-site visits to ensure compliance with all supplier contracts.

Qualifications we are looking for:

- Total loss, abandonment, and aftermarket product experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills preferred.
- Strong understanding of powerBI
- Demonstrates strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates a high degree of personal accountability, passion, and execution.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks, work reliably in time-sensitive situations, and anticipate needs of leadership.
- Ability to lead process improvement, effectiveness, and efficiency and execute on change management, influence, and collaboration in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Auto Finance is a plus.
- Displays growth mindset, identifies, and implements new best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Takes pride in work quality and performance.
- Has the ability to provide and receive candid, timely feedback.
- Able to travel overnight (10% +/-).


## Minimum Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Base Pay Range
$55,000.00 - $95,000.00

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.


Incentive Compensation:

This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
