Riverside Metro Auto Group is seeking a motivated Hyundai Service Manager to lead our Hyundai Service Department.
We are looking for a strong automotive professional who understands that a successful service department is built around people, processes, accountability, customer satisfaction, and profitability .
While Hyundai experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual who demonstrates strong leadership, work ethic, automotive knowledge, and a genuine desire to grow.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff
- Drive department performance in labor sales, gross profit, hours per RO, technician productivity, and efficiency
- Improve and maintain strong CSI and customer retention
- Manage the daily service drive and shop workflow
- Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing employees
- Monitor departmental KPIs and implement action plans when opportunities are identified
- Ensure compliance with Hyundai warranty policies, procedures, and manufacturer standards
- Work closely with the Parts Department and other dealership departments to improve overall Fixed Operations performance
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintain a culture focused on teamwork, communication, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications

- Automotive dealership service experience
- Service management or leadership experience preferred
- Hyundai experience preferred, but not required
- We are willing to train and develop the right person
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop people
- Understanding of dealership Fixed Operations KPIs
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A positive, hands-on leadership approach
- Desire to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
