About this role
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline with one to three years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create, analyze, and interpret data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and basic manufacturing financial concepts.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to respond effectively to changing project and operational needs.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Minitab or other statistical software and three-dimensional CAD software preferred.
