Who we are looking for

The Transfer Agency is looking for candidates for the role of Client Services Associate II.  The is client facing, supporting several Transfer Agency clients, and their associated business development manager (BDM). The responsibilities involve both responding to and engaging with the client to solve day to day issues as well as planning for future projects. This job is located in North Quincy, MA.

What you will be responsible for

As TA Client Service Associate II you will

Act as the liaison for the client and other interested parties within their organization

- Assist with launching new client products, funds, classes, and services
- Support Reporting and Audit requests
- Coordinate change management events
- Respond timely to client and internal inquiries
- Provide support to Client Services team of 2 onshore and 2 offshore associates

- Education & Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience, preferably in Transfer Agency

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $66,560 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
