We have a wonderful opportunity for  Registered Nurse (RN)  who is passionate about providing high-quality care in a warm and welcoming senior living community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with residents, collaborating with a supportive team, and creating a positive impact every day.

This is a Part-time position (1 week day/ every other Saturday and Sunday, and on call).

Our Registered Nurses:

- ### Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our incredible residents.
- ### Support the DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
- ### Ensure residents comprehensive needs are met, in accordance with the Parkshore nursing team.
- ### Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
- ### Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
- ### Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
- ### Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of the Meadows of Napa Valley.
- ### Support our  Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility.
- ### Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

- ### Be a graduate of an accredited RN Program
- ### Have an active RN license in the state, in good standing
- ### Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)
- ### Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
- ### Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
- ### Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
- ### Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
