About this role

You will administer and interpret the full range of audiological tests from comprehensive Audiological evaluation, immittance measures, otoacoustic measures, electrophysiological measures from differentiation of conductive, cochlear, neural hearing loss, and pseudohypoacusis. You will also be responsible for the following:

- Diagnostic services at bedside, including adapted audiologic evaluations and auditory electrophysiology (ABR and/or ASSR) under sedation as indicated, at bedside or in the operating room.
- Audiologic treatment including hearing aid and cochlear implant candidacy determinations; fitting, verifying and validating amplification systems; patient and family counseling, and communication with other care-providers for child/adult.
- Complete documentation reports of diagnostic and treatment services in a timely manner.
- Provision of services in a manner consistent with CICARE goals and requirements.
- Participate in Audiology, HNS and other medical staff teams to facilitate and promote best patient and family care.
- You will be required to float to clinics in Santa Monica, Westwood and Thousand Oaks.
Salary range: 65.12-85.93 houry

- California Audiology License
- California Hearing Aid Dispensing License
- Experience in pediatric and adult audiology, including hearing aid dispensing
- Experience with auditory electrophysiology evaluation
- Experience with cochlear implants
- Ability to travel to Santa Monica or Westwood, as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent documentation abilities
- Able to efficiently learn new computer and clinic systems
