Murray’s Group is seeking an experienced Centralized Parts Coordinator to support multiple collision repair locations. This role is based in Tacoma, WA and is ideal for a detail-oriented parts professional who understands collision repair operations and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
The Centralized Parts Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring accurate parts ordering, tracking, and delivery while minimizing production delays and supporting estimators, technicians, and vendors across the organization.

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 8am-230pm

What You’ll Do
• Review estimates and supplements to ensure correct parts, pricing, and vendor selection
• Order OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and reconditioned parts per company and insurer guidelines
• Verify parts availability, backorders, and delivery timelines
• Perform mirror matching and confirm correct color, trim, finish, and vehicle options
• Track parts status and maintain accurate documentation in the management system
• Coordinate parts delivery to multiple Murray’s Group locations
• Communicate delays or issues promptly to estimators and production teams
• Manage returns, credits, warranties, and reorders
• Work closely with vendors, dealerships, recyclers, and suppliers
• Support cost control initiatives and proactive parts planning
• Assist with general organization and cleanliness of parts areas
• Perform duties safely and responsibly
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of parts experience in a collision repair or body shop environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and reconditioned parts
• Understanding of vehicle trim levels and options
• Experience using CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating systems
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a multi-location environment
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Multi-location or DRP experience is a plus
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout parts and storage areas
• Comfortable working in environments with dust, fumes, chemicals, temperature changes, and intermittent noise
