·IBM P8 Administration
·IBM Content Navigator Administration
·Oracle Database Administration, Backup and Restore
·Developing UNIX programs to customize FileNet IS, P8, ICN environments
·Installation / configuration / upgrade FileNet IS, P8, ICN environments
·Unix OS server administration and basic Unix troubleshooting
·SAN storage performance turning and disk error troubleshooting
