Job Description
The Student Worker, Over and Short Control - CCTV is responsible for reviewing CCTV footage, answering phone calls, and assisting with other departmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CCTV shared inbox and review footage for damages and shortages.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies using CCTV footage.
- Process and complete requests in the Video Request System queue.
- Capture and save key images from footage for documentation.
- Maintain organized records of footage and images.
- Answer calls and support CCTV-related inquiries.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
- Currently pursuing a college degree.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Details
Work Hours:
- This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

Compensation:
- This is a hourly position paid weekly.
