Position Summary
The Barista is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving quality beverages and food products. This role supports a welcoming, clean, and engaging environment that reflects brand standards and enhances the guest experience .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.
- Prepare beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate cash registers and follow all cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow safety, security, and sanitation policies.
- Support team members and maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Job Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
- Prior cash handling experience preferred, but not required.

- Fast-paced food and beverage environment.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive motions.
