- Daytime shifts
- Weekday and weekend cases
- Part-time and full-time opportunities
- Longer shifts available based on client needs
- Opportunities throughout Essex County
Weekend availability is strongly preferred. Driver license a plus!

What We’re Looking For
- Current NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license – required
- Dependable and punctual
- Good communication with clients, families, and our office
- Comfortable assisting seniors in their homes
- Able to follow a client’s individual care plan
- Reliable transportation to client assignments
- Previous home care experience preferred
We take communication seriously. If you are running late, unable to make a shift, or have a concern about a client, we expect you to communicate directly with our office. In return, you can expect our team to communicate with and support you.

What You’ll Do
Depending on the client, responsibilities may include:
- Bathing, dressing and personal care
- Mobility and walking assistance
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship
- Transportation or errands when required
- Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition
- Completing care notes and required documentation
