Position Overview

• Serve as a Project Coordinator, partnering with technical leads on assigned projects

• Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans, incorporating changes and analyzing week-over-week variances and critical path impacts

• Coordinate meetings, gather tasks from team members, and drive action items to completion

• Translate complex information into clear, actionable steps for the team

• Apply strong analytical thinking to identify trends and support decision-making

• Client-facing position, working closely with internal stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience required

• PMI or PMP certification preferred
