Job Summary
The Associate Laboratory Technician will support research and development activities within Qnity Electronic Materials International, LLC by performing routine laboratory tasks, experiments, and data collection under the guidance of senior staff.
Shift: First Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare formulation samples by weighing and mixing solid and liquid chemicals
- Perform filtration and circulation process for formulation samples
- Perform purification of chemicals, such as precipitation and ion-exchange
- Conduct fundamental physical and analytical characterization
- Conduct photolithography experiments in the fabrication laboratory
- Submit and manage photolithography and metrology job request
- Record, organize and communicate experimental data
- Perform basic data analysis
- Maintain lab areas, storage areas and equipment
- Generate MSDS and Ship chemicals
- Maintain high safety performance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field required
- 1+ years of experience in a laboratory and fabrication clean room setting, preferably in a manufacturing or research environment
- Experience with Lithography scanners and wafer processing tracks is preferred
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling.
- Proficiency in using common laboratory equipment (e.g., balances, pH meters, hot plates)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and experimental execution
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

The Pay range for this role is $21.04 - $33.06 Hourly
