About this role

The Program Operations Intern will support Online Programs team, assisting with student communications, program administration, faculty support, and online learning activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in higher education, student services, online learning, or program coordination. The intern will work closely with program staff and gain hands-on experience supporting a global student population.

In the role of Program Intern, you will work primarily through email and chat communication to serve as the primary source of information for students looking to engage in our continuing education specialized programming. Because we engage with our students in a variety of channels, we want to ensure that you feel comfortable adapting your communication method to students with a sensitivity to English as a Second Language as well as young adult-learners. You will continuously juggle and prioritize tasks while working with a rolling admissions-style program. Your keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and independent work style feed your desire to support the learning engagement of our students from pre-program enrollment through to post-completion of course. Your positive attitude in approaching a challenging situation will make you an ideal member of the Program Support team.

This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week ($15/hr) : Mon-Fri approximately 8am-12pm. Candidates must be available to work a consistent weekly schedule throughout the internship.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Interest in higher education, student services, or online learning.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Availability to work a consistent 20-hour-per-week schedule during designated business hours.
- High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in student support, customer service, administration, or campus involvement.
- Experience with online learning platforms or virtual collaboration tools.
- International or cross-cultural experience.
