🕒 Position: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Schedule, Nights & Weekends Required)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional service to guests with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Support and guide servers during shifts to ensure smooth operations

- Train new front-of-house staff and help maintain performance standards

- Monitor table flow and assist with floor management as needed

- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and urgency

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, specials, and restaurant policies

- Work closely with management to ensure consistency in service and team morale

- Work closely with the back of house for smooth communication

Requirements

- 4–6 years of serving experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to delegate tasks, coach team members, and lead by example

- Calm under pressure, with excellent multitasking abilities

- Must be organized, dependable, and guest-focused

- California Food Handler Card required; RBS certification a plus

- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
