Revology Cars is hiring an Automotive Body Technician to build new reproductions of 1960s Mustangs and Shelby GTs.

PAY AND BENEFITS

- An auto body technician at Revology Cars will make between $21.00 and $25.00 per hour, depending on their skills and experience

- This is not a flat rate job - t he pay is stable, and you don't have to worry about not being assigned enough hours

- The work week is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday

- Medical, dental, and vision coverage

- 80 hours paid time off (PTO) annually

ABOUT THE JOB

- This position is for an experienced auto body tech

- Responsibilities include welding, fitting, gapping, panel fitment, and metal finishing

- The variety of jobs available means there is a path to career growth as a technician becomes more skilled

REQUIREMENTS

- E xperience in welding or automotive manufacturing (preferred)

- Very high standard of quality with a keen eye for detail

- Ability to learn, remember, and maintain pace of steps involved in performing a job after instruction, training, and familiarization with the tasks

- Ability and willingness to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written

- Ability to perceive differences in very specific details when inspecting parts or work performed, checking for defects or quality issues, or when distinguishing various parts/components by identification number or code

- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, including helping co-workers, maintaining and promoting a safe work environment, treating co-workers with dignity and respect regardless of personal differences, and accepting and following instructions and requests from leadership

- All positions require familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use, or willingness to learn how to use, an iPad
