Job Title: Bilingual HR Assistant Job Description
The Bilingual HR Assistant supports daily human resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with the HR team to assist employees, maintain personnel records, support onboarding activities, and ensure accurate attendance and timekeeping administration. The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a high level of confidentiality while supporting a diverse workforce.
Responsibilities
- Run and distribute daily attendance reports to ensure accurate tracking of employee presence and punctuality.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation in an organized and up-to-date manner.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and provide support for issues involving ADP Workforce Now and employee applications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications, including confirmations and follow-ups.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
- Review and update employee timecards and attendance records to support accurate payroll processing.
- Support day-to-day administrative functions within the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees to provide clear and accessible HR support.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
- Provide administrative support to HR leadership as needed, including reporting, scheduling, and general HR coordination.
Essential Skills
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a primarily Spanish-speaking workforce.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, for reporting, data entry, scheduling, filing, and general administrative support.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data and employee information with discretion.
- Experience providing administrative support in a human resources or office environment, including managing attendance reports, onboarding paperwork, interview scheduling, and timecard updates.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and support employees working in that setting.
- Comfort using ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll systems to assist with employee inquiries and basic system navigation.

- Organizational skills to manage documentation, schedules, and employee records efficiently.
Work Environment
This is a fully onsite position based in an office located within a warehouse facility. The environment may be dusty and occasionally loud due to nearby manufacturing operations. The role is part of a collaborative HR team that supports a primarily Spanish-speaking workforce. The standard schedule is a first-shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The work setting is professional and fast-paced, with regular use of computers, Microsoft Office, and HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
