The Production Associate   is responsible for   the production of components and other biochemical solutions. Sample   responsibilities   include producing buffers,   handling   both   hazardous   and non-hazardous   material , aliquoting, labeling, capping ,   and   using   laboratory equipment.

This position reports to the Batch Production Manager   as part of the   In-house Manufacturing   team   in Waltham, MA and will be an on-site position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Manufacture buffers, reagents, kit components, and intermediate solutions according to Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs), including pipetting, aliquoting, labeling, capping, and operation of laboratory equipment and automation.
- Maintain accurate batch documentation and follow Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and manufacturing procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, SOP development, and changing production priorities to meet customer demand and delivery goals.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, OR at least 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience in a manufacturing, research, academic, or regulated laboratory environment.
- Strong laboratory experience, including safe handling of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals, pipetting, and adherence to laboratory safety protocols and detailed work instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and customer demands.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

- Ability to lift, move or carry containers up to 20 lbs.
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to chemicals and laboratory equipment.

It would be a plus if you also   possess   previous   experience in:

- Experience   with pipetting   and   in   kit   componen t   manufacturing .
- Knowledgeable in Oracle and Microsoft Office applications.

Shift hours: Monday – Friday , 8:30 AM – 5 PM .

The annual salary range range for this role is 48,000.00 - 79,000.00 USD Annual . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
